I was very impressed that Steve was at the job whenever his crew was working to make sure that everything was done to specification. I was also able to text any questions I had and always received a prompt response even after my job was finished. The transformation is incredible — the finish is flawless, the waterline tile is perfectly set, and the overall look is exactly what I envisioned (actually, better!).
